Due to the nature of our items, and for safety and contamination concerns, all sales are FINAL upon receipt of payment. Please be confident in your selections and reference our sizing chart before finalizing your purchase.

If your order is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will process your replacement immediately with no shipping charge. 

We ship most orders via USPS, but will use other couriers when needed. Please give orders up to 2 weeks to be processed, packaged and shipped as all items are made-to-order. You will receive a tracking number in the order confirmation email.

We are not responsible if any packages are lost, damaged or stolen in transit. You will have to open a missing package claim with the courier. They will be able to offer you assistance in locating your missing package.

How to measure your wrist without measuring tape: 1.Find a string or rope that you can wrap around your wrist. 2.Wrap the string around your wrist-make sure it's not too tight or too loose. 3.Mark the string where the ends meet. 4.Measure the string from the end to the mark-this will give your accurate size.
